City of San Antonio to be the focus of airline/airport route development in 2013.

 

In March the City of San Antonio was announced as the host of Network 2013, meaning the route planning community will descend en masse on 3rd, 4th and 5th March next year.

The City of San Antonio was selected for its convenient location and attractive sightseeing and tourist destinations. Benefitting from direct flights from American Airlines, Delta, United, US Airways, British Airways, Southwest, airTran, Aeromexico, Frontier, InterJet, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, Alitalia, Lufthansa, Iberia, Air France, KLM, Qantas, Aeromar, Japan Airlines, Etihad Airlines, Qatar Airlines, ANA and VivaAerobus – San Antonio as the host of Network 2013 will ensure the event brings together not just the US market but a diverse combination of European, South American and Middle Eastern carriers.

Network 2012 was hosted by Tampa International Airport and brought together over 350 delegates from airlines, airports, tourist boards and CVBs.
